ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life to enable the petitioner to lead a peaceful life with his family be considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.07.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,08.08.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that they have not received any representation from the petitioner so far.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent police and on such receipt of representation, the second respondent police is directed to consider the same and pass orders within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of the petitioner's representation. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
