ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused Rank Not Known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections *387, 506(ii) of IPC @ 392, 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.524 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.This is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner and the earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15971 of 2021 was dismissed on 12.10.2021, after elaborately considering the points raised by the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.On seeing the videos of the occurrence, this Court finds that the petitioner threatened the de-facto complainant's employers with knife. It is a very heinous offence. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
