ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2024. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent already lodged the similar complaint and after enquiry the same was ordered to be closed and that the fourth respondent has given the present complaint, for the very same set of facts, before the third respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that since the petitioner has not complied with the terms of settlement arrived at earlier, the fourth respondent has lodged the complaint again and it is pending from 05.08.2024 for enquiry.

4.Considering the submission made on either side, the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai District is directed to send a written summon to the parties concerned, conduct enquiry and complete the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
