ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the Respondents 1 and 2 to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2021.

2.On a perusal of records, it is seen that the writ petitioner had filed three writ petitions in W.P(MD)Nos.3516 of 2015, 4556, 24333 of 2016 and 24171 of 2019 earlier.

3.Though the writ petition has been filed alleging that the Petitioner has been ex-communicated, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents 2 2/4

to 4 submitted that there is no question of practice of ex-communication. Further he submitted that the prayer sought for in the representation dated 04.05.2021 are to conduct election, add the petitioner's name in the voters list and permit him to contest the election, the same would be considered subject to the petitioner's satisfying the eligibility criteria, if any. 4.In view of the above, this writ petition stands closed.
