This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of an enquiry without following due process of law.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the third respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner and the same was registered in C.S.R.No.238 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, the petitioners appeared before the police and gave an undertaking that they would pay the amount which is due to the third respondent and subsequent to the enquiry, the complaint of the third respondent was closed and thereafter, the second respondent has not called the petitioners for enquiry.

3. Once the petition filed by the third respondent has already been closed since the police has already enquired the petitioner and also not called the petitioners for any enquiry, no further direction is required in this case.
