JUDGMENT
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant sought for an adjournment to get instructions from the appellant. But the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the order passed in D.O.P.No.227 of 2016 on the file of the District Court, Kanyakumari by stating that already divorce was granted and the marriage was dissolved. Recording the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
