PRAYER :- for bail in Crime No.1022 of 2018 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as accused A2. He is in custody since 26.11.2018 for the offences punishable under sections 8(C) r/w 20(b) and 29(1)of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, in Crime No.1022 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

3.The quantity involved in this case is a commercial quantity. The petitioner is having a number of cases under NDPS Act to this credit. Therefore, even if I give a finding that the petitioner is prima facie not guilty of the offence, I still cannot give any finding that he will not repeat the offence.
