ORDER

This petition is filed to withdraw the award amount deposited to the credit of the Special Subordinate Judge to deal with MCOP Cases, Trichy in M.C.O.P.No.502/2022 which is with the deposit of the Honourable Special Subordinate Judge to deal with MCOP Cases, Trichy. 2.Heard.

3.The petitioner / claimant is entitled to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount. Accordingly, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw 50 % of the deposited amount with proportionate interest. 2/3

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
