Magistrate,Madurai,in D.No.2749 dated 15.07.2025 seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in DVC No. 91/2024 on file of the Judicial Magistrate,on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai,this Court made the following order:- By order dated 23.09.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in DVC.No.91 of 2024, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.2749, dated 15.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 23.09.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 23.09.2024.
