ORDER

The grievance of the petitioners is that the documents have been registered based on the false life certificate and they have lodged a complaint before the respondent police and the respondent police have not taken any action. Therefore, they have filed private complaints before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and the learned Judicial Magistrate has ordered for investigation on 20.06.2025. Even thereafter the respondent police have not taken any action. Therefore, the petitioners are before this court.

2.The learned Government Advocate submits that they called for certain details from the Director of Rural Health Department and now 2/4

they have received the report and based on which they are likely to register the case by this week.
