ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the petitioner's complaint dated 02.09.2021 pending before the second respondent and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of the Inspector of Police for investigation.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that based on the representation given by the petitioner, an enquiry was initiated and during enquiry, the petitioner gave an undertaking that he will workout his remedy through proper civil proceedings and the complaint was also closed on 25.10.2021. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16298 of 2021 3.Since the complaint was closed, there is no need to transfer the same. The petitioner shall workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition disposed of.
