ORDER
By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct the Public Auction of Hair sacrifices, collection and sales of hair in Arulmigu Veeramagali Amman Temple, Ambukovil, Karambakudi Taluk, on transparency manner from the upcoming Pasali year by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2022.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Department objected to the prayer in the Writ Petition by stating that the prayer in the representation and the Writ Petition is 2/5
different. When it was pointed out by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is restricting his prayer specifically stated in the Writ Petition alone. To be specific, the petitioner is restricting his prayer for conducting the public auction of hair sacrifice alone.
4. Therefore, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation in so far as conducting of public auction of hair sacrifice and pass orders within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
