ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2.The case of the petitioner is that on suspicion, the third respondent has given a complaint stating that his motor wires has been stolen by some one. Based upon the above said false complaint, harassment is made by the second respondent against the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry was undertaken in C.P.No.481 of 2021 and after the preliminary enquiry, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16274 of 2021 the petitioner has filed Crl.O.P.(MD).No.16264 of 2021 before this Court seeking anticipatory bail and the same was closed. 4.Since the petitioner has moved anticipatory bail application before this Court the contention that he has been harassed by the second respondent may not be correct. Hence, the petitioner has to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
