ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking anticipatory bail, based on the complaint given by one Amutha and now enquiry is pending.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there was money transaction between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. Based upon the complaint given by said Amutha, no case has been registered.

3.Since, no case has been registered against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If the petitioner finds any trouble in future, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
