(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondents to open NEET Coaching Centre in Government High Court at Lower Camp, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition as a Pro bono Publico.

2.The third respondent/the Chief Educational Officer, Theni, has filed a counter-affidavit, wherein it is stated as follows: '5.The 5 students (4 students out of 6 students and one new student) of Lowercamp Government Higher Secondary School attending the NEET Coaching in this centre. The location of the majority of the participating students, are near to the centre. The students will feel so inconvenient and practically difficult if the centre is shifted to some other place. There are more than 40 students belong to in and around Cumbum Town attending for NEET Coaching in the Cumbum centre.
6.The 5 students of Lower camp Government Higher Secondary School were selected for Free Residential Coaching which will be conducted from 09.04.2018 to 04.05.2018 at R.V.S. Engineering College, Kulathur, Dindigul. The NEET coaching is given there with free boarding and lodging for them. So it is not necessary to shift the centre or to open the centre as per writ petition. 7.Previously in the notification, the name of Lowercamp Government Higher Secondary School was mentioned for the online registration of the students for All Competitive and Entrance Examination. On seeing the complete registration details, it was found that more than 75% of the students were from in and around Cumbum Town. As per the majority of the participating students and for their convenience, the department formed the centre in Cumbum C.P.U. Hr.Sec. School after the registration. Now it has been running from November 2017. After the 3 months commencement of coaching centre the petitioner filed this writ petition. So it is liable to be dismissed.'

3.In view of the aforesaid statement made in the counter-affidavit, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the authority concerned to consider the same at the appropriate time, if need arises. No costs.
