ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 716 days in filing the criminal revision case against the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur in Crl.M.P.No.641 of 2023, dated 26.04.2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
