ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2023.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has made a representation dated 13.06.2023 to the first respondent requesting him to cancel the wrong classification of the land, measuring an extent of 2 acres and 5 cents comprised in S.No.300/2, at Karuthapuliyampatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai, and to record his ownership on the aforesaid land. Since the representation did not evoke any response, the petitioner is before this Court. 2/5

3. Considering the request of the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has made his representation as early as on 13.06.2023, a Mandamus is issued to the first respondent to consider the aforesaid representation and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
