This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that the petitioner's applications, dated 24.10.2020 and 05.11.2020 for allotment of the house will be considered and disposed by the third respondent.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the third respondent, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's applications, dated 24.10.2020 and 05.11.2020 and dispose the same as 2/4

expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
