No.1687 of 2021 ORDER:- This This Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Sivagangai vide letter in D.No.3790/2022 dated 29.04.2022 and this Court made the following order:

The learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, sent a letter dated 29.04.2022, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of O.S.No.26 of 2016, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 02.11.2021.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 29.04.2022, a further time of six months is granted from today to dispose of O.S.No.26 of 2016.
