ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner herein had married the second respondent. The marriage has since been dissolved. The second respondent is said to have remarried also. In the petitioner's passport, the name of the second respondent is figuring as spouse. It has necessarily to be deleted.

3. The first respondent is directed to delete the name of the second respondent in the petitioner's passport forthwith and without any delay.

4. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
