The petitioner with a grievance that his compliant dated 18.06.2025 has not been acted upon by the respondent police, has filed this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondent police to enquire on his complaint.
2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the respondent police have conducted an enquiry in 215/DCBII/I/PDK/2025 and closed the complaint of this petitioner on 13.10.2023, by advising the parties approach the competent civil Court, as the issue is civil in nature.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to this petitioner, enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
