ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 307 1/4

and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. 133 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 17.07.2023, at about 5.10 p.m., the petitioner and other accused went to the Petrol Bunk where the defacto complainant is working as a Manager and asked for free petrol. There arose quarrel between the parties. Due to which, on the same day at 7.20 p.m., the petitioner and two other accused persons went to the petrol bunk and attacked the defacto complainant with deadly weapons. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He has been falsely implicated in this case and seek for the relief of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the injured in this case is still taking treatment in hospital.

5. Taking note of the fact that the injures is still in hospital, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
