Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide the regular monthly salary to the petitioner from month of February 2025 to till the date and continue to pay the regular monthly salary for the forthcoming months.

O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to provide the regular monthly salary to the petitioner from the month of February 2025 to till date and continue to pay the regular monthly salary for the forthcoming months.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Having regard to the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 5 and 6, is dispensed with.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, although several grounds have been raised in the writ petition, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
