ORDER

The order of the first respondent dated 13.07.2018 is sought to be quashed in the present Writ Petition and further direction is sought for to direct the first respondent to disburse the remaining revised commuted value pension of Rs.9,01,054/- with appropriate interest.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending Writ Petition, the first respondent has passed an order, revising the Commuted Value Pension. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
