This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.111 of 2022 from the file of the third Respondent to the file of any other competent Officer.

2.When the case came up for hearing today, 13.10.2022, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents submits that the investigation had been completed and the final report had also been filed before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District. Referred Charge Sheet was also sent to the defacto complainant. 3.In the light of the above, the Petitioner shall approach the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District to file a protest petition, if he is aggrieved by the Referred Charge Sheet filed by the Investigation Officer in this case. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District is directed to consider the protest petition, if any, to be 2/4
