PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to remove the obstructions made by the respondents 6 to 9 preventing access to the Arulmigu Soundararaja Perumal Kovil situated in Yeriyodu Village, Vedachanthur Taluk, Dindugul District, expeditiously based on the 4th respondent's proceeding Ku.Aa.No.23/2025/00, dated 29.05.2025 and considering the petitioner's representation, dated 16.06.2025, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to remove the obstructions made by the respondents 6 to 9 preventing access to the Arulmigu Soundararaja Perumal Kovil situated in Yeriyodu Village, Vedachanthur Taluk, Dindugul District, expeditiously based on the 4th respondent's proceeding Ku.Aa.No. 23/2025/00, dated 29.05.2025 and considering the petitioner's representation, dated 16.06.2025, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2/5

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's claim after issuing notice to the petitioner and the rival claimants, ie., respondents 6 to 9 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
