ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.243 of 2024 registered by the third respondent, dated 11.06.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report as mistake of fact and RCS notice was served on the defacto complainant.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
