ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2018, with a request to take action against the private respondents for excommunicating the petitioner and her children from their own native village.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the private respondents and to conduct enquiry, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the private respondents, and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.03.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, if not already disposed of, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
