This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to permit petitioner to worship and participate in Arulmigu, Mariyamman @ Mutharamman, Sri Bagavathiyamman, Sri Kongalamman, Sri Vinayagar and Sri Muniyappasamy temples chariot festival is scheduled to be held on 28.08.2022, which is situated at Periyapallipalayam Village, Thottiyam Taluk, Trichy District on the basis of petitioner representation dated 23.08.2022 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/5

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
