This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to arrange temporary place for running weekly market at nearby Government Hospital, Thoppupatti Pattayathar, Inam Kulathur Post, Manikandam Union, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District at considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 & 5. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 3 submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
