ORDER

The petitioners seek for quashing of the FIR in Crime No. 15 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a final report has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
