Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had submitted an application seeking license to put up brick kiln in the petition mentioned property.

3. The second respondent is directed to process the petitioner's application. If the papers are found to be in order, the second respondent shall forward the same to the first respondent. The second respondent will take a call in the matter.

4. Thereafter the first respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. 2/4
