O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to forbear the first respondent from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent. Now, based on a complaint given by the second respondent, the first respondent Police is interfering with the civil dispute and thereby threatening the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

2 W.P.(MD)No.6018 of 2018 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that despite a civil dispute, a suit is pending in O.S.No.110 of 2018, before the concerned Jurisdictional Court. He submitted that based on a complaint given by the second respondent, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed with a direction to both the parties to approach the concerned Civil Court, since it is a civil dispute between the parties. He further submitted that the first respondent is not interfering with the civil dispute between the parties.

4.Considering the fact that already the enquiry has been conducted and closed by the first respondent Police, no further adjudication is required in this petition. The Writ Petition stands closed accordingly. No costs.
