ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2018.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that on the basis of the representation made by the petitioner, investigation was undertaken and during the course of investigation, it was found that there was a continuous dispute between the respondents as well as the petitioner herein and civil suits are also pending.
4. It appears that, with regard to the issue, there is a case and counter case has been registered against both the parties. In pursuance of the same, 107 proceedings also recommended and it is also initiated on 21.03.2018. Since the non-appearance of the petitioner, the complaint given by the petitioner came to be closed, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.
