O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This petition is filed to permit the petitioners to withdraw 75% of the award amount along with proportionate accrued interest and costs, deposited by the 1st respondent / Insurance Company to the credit of MCOP.No.226 of 2022, dated 16.04.2025 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal / Special District Judge, Thanjavur.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that as per the order passed by this Court, dated 16.04.2025, the 1st respondent/ Insurance Company had deposited 75% of the award amount before the Tribunal. He further submitted that the accident was of the year 2021 and the Tribunal has passed the award in the year 2024.

4. In view of the above, the petitioners / claimants are permitted to withdraw their respective 50% shares of the deposited amount, along with proportionate interest and costs.
