Alleging that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with, the contempt petition came to be filed.

2. When the contempt petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the proceedings dated 16.12.2022 have been issued negativing the petitioner's request.

3. It is for the petitioner to question the order dated 16.12.2022 in the manner known to law. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed. The petitioner who appeared in person complained that what has been served is a photo copy and not the original order. The District Revenue Officer, Trichy is directed to 2/4
