The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondent police not to harass him under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint of the 4th respondent, an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.508 of 2024 and closed on 20.07.2024.
