ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide necessary police protection to the life and limp of the petitioner and her family members in respect of their cultivating property in S.No.69/2 measuring to an extent of 1 Acre 25 Cents agricultural land situated at Athikudi Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District on the basis of the petitioner's representations dated 28.12.2023 and 05.03.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, 2/4
enquiry was conducted and at that time, the private respondents have stated that they will not interfere with the petitioner and they will not threaten the petitioner and they will work out their remedy in the suit pending in O.S.No.239 of 2022 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Lalgudi and on that basis, the complaint was ordered to be closed and he has also produced the copy of the proceedings.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, if the petitioner gives any fresh complaint against the private respondents, the respondent police is directed to consider the complaint and pass orders by taking note of the ad-interim injunction granted by the competent civil Court.
