2. There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall directly pay a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only ) to the respondent every month before 5th of every English Calendar month, as ad-interim maintenance, without prejudice to both the parties. For the month of Septemebt, 2019, the said sum of Rs.5,000/- shall be given on or before 27.09.2019.

3. The personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with.
