ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2017 and consequently to direct the respondents to take over the entire administration of Arulmighu Sri Pooludaiyar Sastha Thirukovil, situated in Keezhakallamparai, Thenthirupperai Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Tuticorin District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent submitted that the temple administration has already been taken by the HR & CE Department.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
