Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the erring persons and others who have connived and created fake death certificate dated 02.08.2010 and consequential legal heir certificate dated 28.03.2012 in the name of illusionary / non existing person namely Ramasamy Thevar S/o.Muthaiah Thevar under the government seal and declare the forged documents as non-est in the eye of law based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2017. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. According to the petitioner, the petition mentioned death certificate and legal heir certificate have been issued based on fraudulent particulars. The materials available before the writ court are not sufficient for this Court to come to such a conclusion. It is for the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law.

3. Leaving open the petitioner's rights, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
