O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks release of the vehicle. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents informs the Court that the vehicle has been produced before the Court below and that R.P.R. number has also been given. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily move the Court below for release of the vehicle. The petitioner's counsel states that a petition will be filed in this regard within a few days after the receipt of the order copy. The Court below shall dispose of the said application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten days thereafter. The Court below will not insist on production of the original R.C. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions. No costs.
