Today, when the case was called, the learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous, since the petitioner herein, who was transferred through the impugned order, dated 15.03.2018 from Ottanchathiram Municipality to Palani Municipality, Dinidgul District has joined the transferred place at Palani Municipality and is continuing to work.
