O R D E R

This Court, by its order, dated 14.09.2020, issued a direction to the respondents to pass necessary orders giving approval of appointment of the petitioner and complete the said exercise within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Pursuant to the order, the District Educational Officer, Trichirapalli, by proceedings dated 19.01.2023, had rejected the approval of appointment of the petitioner stating that the petitioner was not attended duty from May 2022 onwards. Hence, there is no wilful disobedience.
