(crl.side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.11043 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit title deeds.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the daughter of first and second accused and no way connected with the Chit Fund. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the business was conducted jointly and prays to dismiss the petition. 4.In view of the above, I find no reason to modify the condition imposed by this Court. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
