This Court, by its order, dated 28.09.2020, issued a direction to the respondents to pass necessary orders giving approval of appointment of the petitioner and complete the said exercise within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Pursuant to the order, the Chief Educational Officer, Trichirapalli, approved the appointment with certain conditions vide order dated 19.01.2023. Hence, there is no wilful disobedience.
