ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Driver of Transport Corporation challenging the order of transfer from Dindigul to Pazhani depot.

2. A perusal of the order indicates that the order of transfer has been effected on administrative ground. However, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that he had expressed his grievances over the extended working hours by way of sending several representations. Only because of the said representations, he has been transferred.

3. This Court cannot interfere in the order of transfer, especially when it discloses that it is on administrative grounds. The allegation of mala fide has not been established. Merely because he has sent 2/4

representations, the said fact would not prevent the management from transferring the writ petitioner from one depot to other depot. There are no merits in the writ petition.

4. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 05.10.2023 NCC :
