ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner. 2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered as C.P.No.N4/27885/2165/2020 and pending for enquiry.

3.Recording the said submission, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 15.12.2020 submitted by the petitioner on merits and pass suitable order, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, after giving sufficient opportunities to the third and fourth respondents and the petitioner.
