Heard both sides.

2. Though the writ petitioner was making claim, she has not sought the relief under Section 77A of the Registration Act which has been struck down. She is now seeking relief under Section 82 of the Act.

3. I am clearly of the view that Section 82 of the Act is also not attracted. The only remedy available to the petitioner is to go 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.19307 OF 2025 before the jurisdictional civil Court. If according to the writ petitioner any forgery or impersonation has been committed, she also can go before the police authorities. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
