PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Letter No.5109/H2/2016 dated 15.12.2017 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondents to fix the salary of the petitioner in the higher pay scale of not less than Rs.48,000/- with Academic Grade Pay of Rs.12,000/- with effect from 01.01.2006 in accordance with Circular issued by the Respondent No.1 dated 31.12.2008 adopted in the Regulation 2.0.0 of the University Grants Commission (Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and other Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education) Regulations 2010 and consequently pay the arrears of the payment and consequential benefits within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
